Visco Industrial Bolton (Napa/Traction) is currently hiring a Temporary Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a competent Accounting Clerk preferrably in Accounts Payables to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. This is a temporary position which possibly can transition into a full time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with general office and clerical administrative duties including sorting/matching paperwork, scanning, and year-end/month-end duties
• Managing filing system
• Data entry
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands
• Maintaining supply inventory for office and kitchen.
• Reconcile vendor statements, prepare cheques.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
• Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
• Assist in other areas as necessary

Job Requirements

• 1 year of Accounting experience – Preferably in Payables
• Highschool Diploma

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
• Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient technical skill including MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
