VisionNav® Robotics is a leading global provider of autonomous industrial vehicles and intralogistics automation solutions. We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position focuses on the implementation and delivery of AGV projects, installation and debugging of robotic automation. Responsibilities:
-Responsible for formulating and following up project progress and plans, conducting technical exchanges with customers, and ensuring coordinated resolution of customer issues;
-Responsible for the task review and implementation summary of the North American project; supervise and inspect the organization and archiving of project materials;
-Responsible for North American project progress, risk control, resource scheduling, early warning and backup emergency plans;
-Receive and manage customer needs, analyze and judge based on the importance of the customer and the actual situation of different needs, and combine the company’s internal resources to provide feedback and follow-up to solve customer needs;
-Manage and coordinate external customer resources and internal company resources to ensure the smooth execution of projects as planned;
-Make regular and timely reports on the progress of the project, phased results, and completion of key milestone tasks;
-Communicate in a timely manner on problems that have arisen in the project and potential problems within the project, organize relevant personnel to solve them, propose alternative plans, and track implementation;
-Host the project end summary, including: project overview, summarizing the achievement of project goals, reviewing and analyzing the project implementation process, and summarizing the problems and lessons learned in the project;
-Collect the Voice of Customers , continuously standardize and improve project management work, and improve customer service levels.
Requirements:
-Mechanical, electrical, automation major, bachelor degree or above;
-More than two years of project management experience, those with AGV project management experience will be given priority;
-Have enthusiasm for work, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
-Familiar with project management tools, strong technical ability and background are preferred;
-Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
-Have good communication skills and adaptability, and can adapt to business trips.
-Have legal work status in Canada.
