Position Summary:
While reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this dynamic individual will be primarily responsible for the coordination of the recruitment and selection process, conducting new employee orientations, maintaining Human Resources Information System and participating in career job fairs.
The Role:
Coordinates the recruitment process, including pre-screening of resumes, schedule and conducting of interviews, reference checking, extending job offers.
Maintains employee files and enters data into Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Maintain the Applicant Tracking and other relevant reports.
Completes new hire packages and coordinates and conducts new employee orientation process.
Participates and attends career Job Fairs, including working closely with community colleges and coordination of student placements.

Job Types: Full-time, 6 months contract
Salary: $58,000.00-$68,000.00
Hours of work: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
COVID-19 considerations:
Reduced staff at Main office, current protocol include- Masks (and any other PPE as required), COVID screening including temperature, social distancing and regular sanitizing of surfaces.
