We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for leading a team of 11 individuals including specialists & analysts in the VGCA Accounting Shared Service Centre for activities related to Accounts Receivable. The VGCA Accounting Shared Services Centre provides essential back-office accounting functions for multiple VW Group Companies including Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, ADMT, CARIAD, Factory Production, and Electric Vehicle Infrastructure. This includes accurate and timely processing of affiliate supplier invoices, affiliate and customer billings, customer master maintenance, collections including all drafting, aging and affiliate account reconciliations, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures effectively and efficiently for the Volkswagen Group Canada accounting shared service.
The Accounts Receivable Manager supports with various audits, providing accounts receivable audit requirements and analysis for various external and internal audits (quarterly, year-end, group audits).
This is a flex hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the Ajax office
