Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote Resource(s) can be located anywhere in Canada; and

( Notes on Location :In the event a remote Resource is selected for one of the available opportunities they may be expected to occasionally travel to Saskatchewan)

eHealth Saskatchewan is currently looking for a Business Analyst to support a number of back-office applications. Respondents will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, documentation standards, and a rigor for change management and quality control are also required. The Business Analysts will report to the Program Manager for AIMS legacy support which includes approximately 80 applications/services.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful Resource(s) will undertake the subsequent tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders
• Develop test strategies, plans and coordinate testing activities.
• Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate and clear technical and end user material. 
• Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document and communicate knowledge documentation.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI’s.

Mandatory Resource Qualifications/Requirements

The individual must have the following Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role.

• Possesses the ability to convert business requirements into technical specification for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment;
• Possesses previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation;
• Possesses the ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.;
• Possesses the ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multienterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs;
• Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills;
• Possesses the ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided;
• Possesses the ability to build capacity in client’s knowledge and ability to use and apply services;
• Possesses previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activities;
• Possesses previous experience with organizational change management;
• Possesses previous experience in the health sector; and
• Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
