Working with a team of Human Resources Shared Services Coordinators and under general supervision, this role acts as the first point of contact to leaders and employees, providing consistent and efficient service, following established best practices, governance and service levels, in alignment with Wawanesa’s policies and processes. The HR Shared Services Coordinator uses a digital workflow ticketing system (or incident management tool) and provides HCM transaction support, core process and policy inquiry management and resolution on a wide range of topics (including inquiries about updating personal or work-related information, inquiries about policies, etc.).
