RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer success manager, your time will be focused on managing relationships between Webrunner and its customers in the home improvement industry across Canada & the US.

Delivering happiness is your ultimate goal!

You should have a good understanding of Google and Facebook ad platforms as well as digital marketing fundamentals for the purpose of lead acquisition.

Your performance will be measured by your ability to nurture client accounts, strengthen relationships, and ensure that we deliver on every promise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Can identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Has 2-3 years of related professional work experience
