Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AP Accountant at WEINS Auto Group (Audi Oakville/Oakville VW) in Oakville. The AP Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as finance, accounting, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and cheque/EFT runs. The AP Accountant will ensure accurate financial records and timely payment processing.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting skills
• Experience in account reconciliation, invoice and payment processing
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
