We are a high volume Ophthalmologist clinic in North York, looking for a permanent full-time Medical Receptionist.
Background experience is desired but not required, new hires will be trained.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and directing all incoming calls via telephone and voicemail in a timely and professional manner.
- Greeting patients, validating health cards, obtaining demographic information.
- Billing.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Surgery bookings.
