Job Overview
This position reports to Ownership of WCS & WAP and has frequent contact with payroll, project superintendents and various administrative staff; the HR Generalist (HRG) supports in areas of recruitment, labour relations, employee relations, performance management, training and development. The HRG will be well versed in laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring, onboarding, training regarding policies and procedures, performance management and discipline/termination of employees. Your day will consist of data entry, analysis, support and advisory services.

Essential Requirements
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of consistent and recent experience in a human resources coordinator or specialist role.
Working towards the CPHR designation, completion of CPHR designation is an asset.
Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. During the “peak” season (between the months of May to October) it is expected that the position may require overtime and after-hours support working in the evenings and weekends as needed.
