Remote Work:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, within Calgary, under our mobile workforce program.
As one of WestJet’s Human Resources Business Partners you are an essential resource and partner for frontline and senior managers within your portfolio. You provide support and assistance for the leaders’ growth and development by establishing strong relationships and liaising with our centres of excellence. You offer consultative services to support a wide range of leadership management opportunities within our unionized and non-unionized work groups. Collaborating within the broader People and Culture team, your team is a high performing and well-respected group of HR professionals. This is an eight-month, term opportunity with the possibility of extension.
