We are currently in search of a senior strategy advisor to join our team as a Director, where they will engage with and provide strategic guidance to our key clients.

**Exceptional Work Awaits our Next Director: About the Role**
As a Strategy Director, you will address weird and complex challenges, orchestrate project resources, and build strong partnerships with senior executives from renowned brands in diverse sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, CPG, retail, technology, and NFPs.
Your role requires exceptional intelligence, evident from the moment you begin a conversation. You are an expert in idea generation, problem identification, analysis, design, and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of decision-making processes and the mechanisms driving innovation within large organizations.
Your high emotional intelligence and social awareness enable you to navigate high-stakes executive communications with ease. Your passion for the art of conversation is evident in your expert facilitation skills, particularly in workshop settings. You excel in collaborative settings, thriving through constructive debate and reverse mentorship.
You have a genuine curiosity about the world and the businesses driving change, thinking big picture while grasping the intricate details that move industries. You’re a quick study when confronted with new domains. When crucial moments in projects arise, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get directly involved, rather than merely delegating tasks.
Although you don’t have formal revenue accountabilities, you are committed to building something special. You understand how to develop opportunities and design emerging initiatives. You will actively contribute to shaping the firm’s strategies, growth plans, thought leadership, and product/service development.

**The Recruitment Process**
Our selection process includes several stages: a 30-45 minute virtual interview, a virtual case study discussion, a 60-minute panel interview, and a final face-to-face interview in Toronto. References will be contacted before extending an offer. Expect clear and timely communication throughout.
This position has an immediate need, but we offer some flexibility in the start date. We look forward to welcoming you to the team this summer.

While our current team is based in downtown Toronto, we embrace internet-enabled collaboration. We sometimes prioritize in-person meetings for significant client milestones and maintain a regular cadence of onsite team time for client delivery. We also add some excitement with occasional gatherings as a team at a cozy loft downtown. But keep in mind that you won’t be required to come to the office every day (…or barely ever), and your suitability for the position isn’t contingent on having a Toronto/GTA postal code.
