Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Talent Operations Responsibilities:
Work closely with Talent Partners and the Director, Talent Operations to process employee job changes and transfers; enter and track contract start/end dates; collect required data and enter information accurately into our HR system
Track all WildBrain Studio employee changes via our HRIS system – New Hire, Transfers, Amendments, Secondary Assignments, and Termination requests, ensuring the correct paperwork is being processed and filed electronically accordingly
Liaise with accounting to ensure the accuracy of HR data input for payroll; inform of changes required to earnings and/or deductions
Collect and track employee proof-of-residency documents, working with the Finance team to ensure all are captured in UKG
Participate in Talent initiatives and projects as required
Artist Management Responsibilities:
Represent WildBrain Studios to our artists
Take comprehensive notes during meetings to enable department reporting
Support Artist Management with any tasks relating to our internal studio programs and day-to-day needs – artist communication, database management, workflow documentation, calendar scheduling
Manage internal job postings – information gathering and validation, ensure the published job descriptions follow brand guidelines, tone, and format
Support internal crewing needs for application tracking management – prepare and gather applicant information packages for review, and manage upkeep of internal portfolio information
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
A Degree/Diploma in an accredited post-secondary institution or equivalent administrative-focused work experience
Working knowledge and advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Discretion in handling confidential matters and employee information
You are well-organized at setting priorities with good time management skills
You have the ability to communicate professionally and positively with all levels of management and staff
You have demonstrated the ability to pivot on competing priorities to deliver objectives under changing circumstances
Knowledge of animation or entertainment industry is an asset
