• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination role within HR, with a proven track record of successfully supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to candidate engagement and stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
