Program Overview – People & Culture, Central Services
This position is responsible for operationalizing the People & Culture policies and practices to ensure the organization is able to build strong, effective and engaged staff teams to meet the operational demands of the program and back-office operations. This position communicates regularly with staff, managers, and directors to resolve day-to-day queries and issues. Assists in ensuring ongoing compliance with the collective agreement and consistent application of organizational policies and procedures. The Manager, People & Culture will assist in labour relations, including grievance handling and collective bargaining.
This position communicates with external parties on benefit, insurance, training, union, and legal matters as required.
