What You Will Do
- Review current state operational practices and identify opportunities for improvement to existing standard operating procedures as it relates to property management.
- Implement changes to standard operating procedures identified through current state review.
- Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership and review the work of assigned staff.
- Develop a model for property management as a revenue generating opportunity.
- Develop marketing communications that can be provided to organizations that are interested in property management services.
- Ownership of operational and financial KPIs as it relates to property management, reporting to Senior Leadership on a regular basis.
- Maintain positive corporate and community relations to raise the profile of WoodGreen’s property management function.
- Work with leaders across the organization to bring the collective WoodGreen to all clients we serve.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience, leading large teams and implementing large-scale operating model changes.
- Significant experience developing materials for senior level and external stakeholders.
