The Wrk Platform is infinitely simplifying automation. The Role
As our UX/UI designer, you will be reporting to and working directly with the product management team to develop, design, and conceptualize product features, interactions, and experiences for a blend of users, partners, and our work delivery ecosystem. Wrk is reinventing the work experience, so you will be working on transformational design concepts that go beyond what’s expected in a traditional B2B setting.
As the ideal candidate, you have experience…
- 5+ years experience designing web-based applications, ideally in a full self-serve experience
- Ability to map extensive end-to-client client journeys
- Strong communication and analytics skills – must be able to conduct in-depth customer interviews, in-depth competitive analysis, and identify emerging industry trends
- Strong design skills on tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.…
- Expert presentation skills to visualize technically complex topics and make them easy to understand with customers as well as product management and design stakeholders
- Ability to clearly communicate with engineering team
- Very deep attention to detail
All The Better If You Have
- Ideally a background in product design, industrial design, human computer interaction, or computer science / computer animation / computer engineering
- Ideally having SaaS experience in a B2B setting
- Mobile mindset when designing
- Must have a strong sense of ownership of product design, be very analytical when it comes to data, and make data-driven decisions
