WSI is a digital marketing franchise with offices around the world. Our office is seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join us in the role of Franchise Business Coach.
Job Overview:
The role of the Franchise Business Coach is to provide remote and in-person support for WSI franchisees. The Franchise Business Coach will ensure WSI franchisees are supported with the goal of improving their overall growth and profitability.
The Franchise Business Coach, in line with WSI’s standard coaching programs, will also assist first year franchisees establish best practices and maximize first year growth when required.
NOTE: This person reports directly to Vice President – Field Operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Support and coach new franchisees to ensure their business is ready for launch during the required phases of the Franchise Training Program
· Make sales calls (by zoom) to support and guide franchisees in the WSI sales process
· Deliver assigned training modules in WSI initial training
· Conduct remote performance management meetings with franchisees on a regular basis
· Record franchisee interactions within corporate CRM
· Facilitate regional calls and group webinars as needed
· Train and drive adoption of back office software to run a franchisees business
· Assist with developing marketing plans, projections, budgets and strategic plans for a franchisees’ business
· Provide consultation and coaching to continuously improve operational effectiveness, franchisee satisfaction, and profitability
· Prepare reports for executive management to track franchisee sales and revenue performance
· Assist with planning and facilitation of workshops and regional meetings as required
· Participate in company training programs as required
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Sales experience is a must
· Digital Marketing knowledge is a must
· Account management experience is an asset
· Self-starter, results-oriented, assertive, enthusiastic and energetic
· Problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
§ Excellent organizational skills and work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals
§ Willing to work evenings and weekends when required
§ Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals
§ Limited travel between Canada, USA and potentially international destinations when required
Compensation:
· Competitive base salary
· Bonuses based on franchisee performance
