WSP is seeking a Documentation / Graphics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside Project Managers and subject matter experts to ensure that all documentation is highly graphical and the text is concise and appropriate for the intended audience.
The Documentation Specialist will play a vital role in our organization, working closely with various project managers to manage documents throughout each project lifecycle and to ensure AODA compliance for posting online.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization. They should also have experience with document management systems, development of info graphics, and be comfortable using technology and various software to streamline documentation.

Contribute to the development of proposals, reports as well as conducting research and basic data analysis
Preparing and converting InDesign, PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents of varying lengths to be accessible under the AODA and in compliance for posting online
Report template and info graphics design
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup is preferred
Familiarity with web-based applications
Data organization and storage knowledge
College certificate or University degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, communications, information management).
Minimum two years of experience in document management or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to document management and AODA compliance in Ontario
