Your Role

As a Marketing Assistant for Wyrth Home, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and enhancing our brand presence. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage a range of marketing activities, including photography, social media, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of current and emerging social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as current marketing trends, or trends pertaining to the home decor industry. You should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding and be comfortable leading your own projects and creating and presenting ideas and results to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing product photography that showcases our home decor items in the best possible light.
• Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Craft engaging and creative content for social media posts and other marketing materials.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep our brand competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on photography, social media, and digital marketing.
• Proficient in photography, with the ability to capture product images that highlight their features and uniqueness as well as lifestyle images.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Google Drive
• Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for home decor and design is a plus.
