XL-ID Solutions Inc, is looking for a administrative assistant / Receptionist.
The candidate should be autonomous, have good people skills, enjoy working with the public, experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The candidate needs to be fully bilingual for this posting, functional knowledge of either language is not sufficient for this posting.
Principal tasks include, welcoming customers at our offices, answering customer phone calls and supporting the customers who have questions regarding their orders through phone and email support.
