What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to join our global Human Resources team. The Senior Human Resources Analyst will contribute to Zafin’s growth and success by delivering a wide range of HR programs and initiatives designed to enable strong business performance. In collaboration with key stakeholders, the incumbent will work on varying agile project teams across HR and/or business functions to address business challenges and priorities in a flexible, nimble way.

What will you do?

• Lead design and ensure the successful implementation of global human capital/talent initiatives end-to-end in order to drive business results.

• Support HR and Business Leads to deliver the human capital strategy and identify key human capital opportunities and potential issues facing the business and help formulate and implement actionable solutions to address the issues.
• Support HR and Business Leads to provide effective advisory services and deliver all talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs.
• Foster and champion change throughout the organization and ensure that human capital strategies are aligned with the Zafin’s culture.
• Optimize existing HR-related processes, policies and procedures as well as recommend and implement changes to continually improve organizational efficiency.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
• Perform other routine tasks required to administer and execute People programs and initiatives.
• Participate in ad hoc HR and cross-functional projects as needed.

What do I need to succeed?

Must have:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of Management Consulting experience, ideally at a world-class consulting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and multiple stakeholder environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group (executives, managers, subject matter experts).
• Strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level.
• Hands-on experience and expertise in creating and delivering high quality client-facing materials/deliverables, including logically structured storyboarded presentation decks.
• Experience assisting leaders to identify, analyze and solution business opportunities.
• Strong working knowledge of MS365 applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Solid research and data analysis skills to work with complex data from various sources (qualitative and quantitative) and be able to make logical and persuasive recommendations.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft management and employee-facing documentation (job descriptions, policies, presentation decks, proposals, etc.)
• Solid verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, including providing relevant and timely updates to the team.
• Effective collaborator who builds strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess situations from HR and business perspectives.
• Effective time management skills to advance goals/projects/deliverables through to completion under ambiguous situations and competing priorities and in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to display empathy while maintaining critical thinking and objectivity.
• Self-driven, proactive and has a strong desire to learn.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a leading edge global company (particularly in Fintech or SaaS B2B).
• Experience designing professional and practical resources/templates.
• Highly proficient user of any HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BambooH, Namely, etc.
