Key Accountabilities:
Deliver technical support services in a courteous and responsive manner.
Deskside Levels 1 and 2 for supporting printers, desktops, and LAN equipment rooms.
Lexmark Printer “Break / Fix / Troubleshooting/ Cleaning/ Maintenance”
Servicing/installing printers (mainly Lexmark)
Complete various tasks and responsibilities, including moves, asset refresh, install, de-install,
evaluation and testing, answer/respond to questions about software.
Troubleshoot, fix and/or resolve clients’ issues per service ticket request.
Consistently demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
2–5 years of work-related experience
Must be bilingual English & French.
Printer Lexmark experience and MS certification
Flexible with the timing.
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Associate degree, technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
demonstrated the ability to multitask.
