We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 4 operation centres in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and the UK, responding to the cries for help we receive from travellers across the globe.
So, what’s the job –

You’ll be responsible for the implementation, delivery, and day to day ownership and operations security, criminal and corporate/ethical investigations globally.

You’ll manage a large and varied investigative and security case load effectively and efficiently achieving positive results

You’ll provide specialist advice and assistance to internal business units, partner organisations and others as required on investigation legislation, policy and procedures, strategies, tactics, techniques, and methodology

You’ll develop strategies to build dynamic and innovative security and technology solutions in the Travel and Risk space

You’ll establish standards and the future road map for investigations across the company
And what are we looking for?

You’ll have 10 + years of experience in corporate security and / or equivalent in public sector (law enforcement) or a combination of both.

You’ll have 5 + years working with various risk-based awareness programs and security control platforms in risk-based analysis, travel awareness etc.

You’ll be honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality

You’ll bring demonstratable knowledge of, and relevant experience in, serious and major crime and/or corruption-related investigations, including the use of covert investigation techniques and management of inter-agency and inter-jurisdiction investigations.

You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and stakeholders at all levels.
