What you’ll be doing as a Light Assembly Labour:

• Perform general site clean-up 

• Assist in the manufacturing/production of various aluminum components by using punch presses, band saws, spot welding machines, etc. (our customer will train you on one station)

• Inspect product and material to ensure compliance with tolerance/quality standards

• Meet daily targets and goals to ensure production requirements are met within the department

• Maintain work area(s) and end of shift cleaning

• Warehousing/Shipping duties as assigned

• Follow health and safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe work environment

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15.50 / Hour

Available shifts:

Shift Timings – 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Own personal pair of CSA Green Tab steel toe boots required

• Ability to do repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment considered an asset but not required
