What you’ll be working on:

• Develop a deep understanding of Procurify’s ideal customer profile (ICP), prospective customer-base, and current customers, and act as the subject-matter expert across Procurify to drive alignment and focus
• Actively communicate directly with Procurify customers, sourcing feedback and sharing information in a constructive way for use by various stakeholders across the organization
• Create and maintain core product messaging (positioning, messaging, value propositions) for all of Procurify’s offerings, aligned to the needs of our ICP
• Lead the go-to-market, feature release, and new product launch planning and execution in close collaboration with the Product Management and Marketing Teams
• Develop multi-channel adoption and usage strategies and support the execution of marketing programs to drive results aligned to KPIs
• Work alongside the Product Management Team to support beta programs including executing the communications strategy, sourcing feedbacking, compiling results, and cascading information to relevant stakeholders
• Create marketing and sales enablement assets and tools to transfer knowledge to sales, support prospect education, and drive lead and demand generation programs
• In close collaboration with the Customer Marketing Manager, own and manage the product communication journey for Procurify end-users
• Own Procurify’s competitive intelligence program, developing a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends, to further educate and equip internal teams to face competition and influence strategy
• Act as our product and industry subject matter expert internally and externally including participating in events and webinars, and producing content including blogs.
• Work with Procurify’s tech stack, including to ensure communications are delivered effectively
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience working within product marketing
• Experience operating within the product marketing function within a SaaS B2B organization
• A track record of successfully building product marketing strategies, and planning and executing against plans to exceed results
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
• Desire to be hands-on, not only planning but executing initiatives including writing copy, building materials, delivering presentations and training, reviewing materials, etc.
• Proven project management ability with experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and the wider team
• Experience using martech (Marketo, Gainsight, Pendo, Salesforce, etc.) to execute initiatives and report on results
• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams including marketing, growth, sales, customer services, etc.
