Position Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing programs which support sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction. The Marketing Manager helps to support all critical business initiatives including sales growth, market penetration, customer retention and quality image for Aramark Dining Services. We’re looking for a marketing manager who can elevate our brand through creation and curation of compelling and relevant content that demonstrates our commitment to authenticity, leadership in innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Base Business Growth
Responsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase participation/sales.
Ensures all promotions and other Execution Excellence framework initiatives are implemented across the account.
Responsible for driving change that results in profitable base business growth for the account.
Interacts with client management and maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels of the organization.
Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and customer retention.
Maintain KPI dashboard and communicate with senior leadership on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for contributing metrics and analytics on marketing initiatives for Quarterly Client Business reviews.
Weekly auditing of locations including pricing, menu boards, customer service principles, and brand standards.
Work with Regional Marketing Manager to implement strategy for Customer Satisfaction Surveys to ensure that we achieve outstanding community/student satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with operations and culinary team to ensure that engagement activities are successfully executed.
Work with suppliers to prepare all required marketing, sales, and packaging materials for the product introduction and vendor support.
Responsible for execution of promotions from national brand partners, proprietary programming, on-campus and client events, sponsorships, and more, using traditional, digital and social media platforms.
Team Development:
Manages projects and collaborates with subject-matter experts to ensure all program logistics/graphics are complete.
Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the unit and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customer satisfaction and increased profits.
Works collaboratively with Corporate Marketing Operations team to implement all national programs.
Supports front line management with administration of marketing training and development programs for employees.
