Reporting to the Account Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist selects and recruits the best talents according to the specific needs of the company. In these functions, you will perform the following duties in the recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
Research and development of a pool of qualified candidates for requests and needs
Use of various search tools such as: Database / Monster / LinkedIn, etc
Create and update job descriptions
Post job offers on different media or websites
Receive, sort and analyze applications
Conduct screening interviews
Consult with managers for the validation of the profiles
Follow-up with managers and candidates in process
Submit curriculum vitae to managers / clients
Coordinate and conduct interviews (in person or video)
Editing of the CV in Expleo format
Update the HR database and ensure the quality of the information
Prepare and update daily reports (HR report, daily recruitment, KPI, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management, or relevant experience in the same position
3+ years of recruiting experience in the Information Technology, or Engineering sector
Fluency in both French, English, both oral and written; business correspondence skills in French & English
Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives as well as networking skills
Passionate about finding top talent; true ‘hunter’ mentality, go-getter, flexible and adaptable
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Ability to generate reports and to develop and/or track metrics on a regular basis
Strong interpersonal skills (both written and oral) and the ability to communicate and interact with all levels in an organization
Proven organizational skills that allow you to prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time efficiently, multitask, and meet multiple and/or conflicting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to apply appropriate discretion and handle sensitive or confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
