The opportunity:
Wellington-Altus is growing at an incredible pace, and so is our HR function. To continue to provide responsive, best-in-class HR support to our teams across the country, we are excited to welcome another Manager, Human Resources to our team.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Human Resources (“VP”), and working along the existing Manager, Human Resources and Manager, Culture & Engagement, the Manager, Human Resources will play a key role in providing strategic support for human resource operations, processes, policies and systems. The Manager will be responsible for partnering and collaborating with leaders and teams to create, develop, communicate and execute on strategic initiatives across the organization, and will work closely with the VP to lead and develop a team to deliver HR services on an assigned portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to successfully execute tasks that involve independent and practical thinking, a high level of accuracy, and excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities in both novel and routine situations. Note that this position may require some evening/weekend work based on operational demands and business priorities.
