As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will assist in delivering a broad range of Recruitment activities while demonstrating a superior level of customer service. You will provide support in the delivery of Talent Acquisition systems and processes, as well as have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR related projects.
You will:

Work collaboratively with Human Resources team and Hiring Managers to support business needs on various recruitment matters

Provide support on full-cycle recruitment

Proactively build talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Indeed, Avature, networking and employee referrals.

Ensure a professional, positive and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the recruitment process
Duration: 4 months

Who do we look for?
We are looking for driven, energetic and creative people who are either currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university level undergraduate program in Human Resources, Psychology or related field

Experience in full-cycle talent acquisition preferred

Pro-active and dynamic attitude focused on delivering results

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Ability to work under minimal supervision while taking direction from experienced colleagues.

Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
