We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Campaign Manager to join our Northern Hemisphere based Marketing team, ideally based in Calgary.
What you will be doing…
Our Campaign Manager will be responsible for demand generation within the AMER region (Across Canada and the US) and will contribute to marketing activities within the region to meet and exceed sales and revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns
Optimization of campaign performance across the whole marketing content funnel from awareness to conversion, through to existing customer engagement
Reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities with marketing metrics and acting on these insights
Regionalisation of global marketing material for the US and Canadian markets
Managing day-to-day PPC campaigns and budget (including Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and others)
Liaison with designers, printers, PR agency and other key suppliers/partners
Driving new trial subscriptions
Sourcing new routes to market
What we are seeking in this person
3-5 years of applicable B2B field or channel marketing experience in the Education or SaaS technology industry(preferred)
Marketing related degree, CIM qualification or similar
Strong background in PPC advertising
First-hand experience developing digital marketing campaigns across email, automated lead to MQL nurture, SEM, social media and customer research programs
Proven expertise using common online marketing and sales software including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar
Working knowledge of associated marketing tools such as Google Analytics & social platforms.
Strong copywriting skills
Understanding of digital analytics to report on, and optimize email, campaign and website performance.
Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Strong project management and coordination skills; and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional and global team environment
Multi-tasking and the ability to effectively priorities competing tasks
High level of initiative and the ability to take ownership for a project from conception to completion
Strong Excel and metrics reporting skills
A good understanding of the state of the edtech market within North America
