Administrative Assistant (3 months)
Our Calgary client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support in their internal Infrastructure department for the next 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of support to assigned Managers and their teams
- Provide administrative support for meetings using Microsoft Teams
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes
- Collect data, record management and upload documents to server
- Develop onboarding and offboarding documents for employees
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Business Administration certificate
- A minimum of 4 + years’ experience in an office environment; working in an administrative capacity is a must
- Previous experience transcribing meeting minutes is required
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- High attention to detail is required
- Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as priorities shift
- Must be available to start immediately in the New Year
