The Canadian Concrete Pipe & Precast Association (CCPPA) was established in November 2013 to represent concrete pipe producers and manufacturers of precast concrete products used for a wide range of sewer and drainage infrastructure applications, and suppliers to the precast concrete industry.
The not-for-profit association was established to protect and advance the interests of the concrete pipe and precast concrete products industry in Canada.
CCPPA has members across Canada from Quebec to Vancouver Island and from the United States.
CCPPA is staffed with professional engineers who form the backbone of our organization’s expertise.
Full Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing all administrative support to the CCPPA. As part of this role, the Administrative Assistant performs an assortment of duties, including accounting, banking, accounts payable, account receivables, managing and maintaining a mailing database for our trade magazine, assisting with social media postings to promote our Brand, and other administrative functions as assigned. The successful candidate will need to be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
