We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor, Official Languages (OL) to support our HR Branch. The HR Advisor would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
The HR Advisor will provide strategic and functional guidance and subject matter expertise to advance official languages and linguistic duality at the NRC. You will work closely with management, champions, HR practitioners and other service providers to transfer and build knowledge of OL requirements, promote linguistic duality, foster respect for and use of both official languages in the workplace, encourage language learning and maintenance, and advance OL policy and practices.
This position will be part of a new work unit responsible for the delivery of workplace programs to advance equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), official languages (OL) and wellness.

Degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the work to be performed.

Relocation assistance will be determined in accordance with the NRC’s directives.
From $89,315 to $99,280 per annum.
In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
