Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for IT professions,
We operate on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
We cover open positions in IT, development, decision-making and infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a level 2-3 computer technician for one of our clients located in Boucherville, Quebec, Sherbrooke, Victoriaville (at the preference of the candidate) in a hybrid formula (possibility of teleworking).

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un technicien informatique niveau 2-3 pour un de nos clients situé à Boucherville, Québec, Sherbrooke, Victoriaville (à la préférence du candidat) en formule hybride (possibilité de télétravail).

Ensure the maintenance and administration of the IT infrastructures and application solutions of our customers
Install, configure and maintain network equipment
Analyze and design network infrastructures
Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of innovative technological solutions presented to our customers
Apply IT procedures/standards and document associated solutions
Diagnose and deal with operational incidents and analyze solutions to ensure that they do not happen again
Offer an IT support service for requests from our customers requiring a high level of expertise (L2-L3)

AEC, DEC or Bachelor’s degree in information technology / networking or in a discipline deemed relevant (and/or relevant experience)
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same type of position
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012-2019), Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL operating systems
Excellent knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol
Excellent knowledge of networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix (asset)
Knowledge of virtualization with VMWare tools
Knowledge of infrastructure (SAN)
Good command of written and spoken English (asset)
Recognized certification (e.g. VCP, A+, MCNA, MCP, CCNA) an asset
Required profile
