Full Job Description
The bilingual inside sales & data entry specialist will be responsible for communicating and building relationships with our retail partners across North America, as well as ensuring accuracy when entering daily orders or processing requests. Providing the best possible experience to all our customers is the highest priority and something the successful candidate will need to be passionate about. You will have a strong role in supporting our outside sales team and assisting customers and other departments as needed. You will play an integral part in helping our retail partners across North America achieve success!

Responsibilities
– Review and respond to all customer inquiries via email, phone call or zoom meeting
– Build strong, lasting relationships with our retail partners
– Review and enter orders and ensure accuracy
– Process return merchandise authorizations
– Handle customer warranty registrations and adjustments via online portal
– Work closely with operations team to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner
– Provides administrative support and assistance to Sales Team
Qualifications
– Fully bilingual – English & French (required)
– Data Entry (1 year preferred)
– Sales (1 year preferred)
– Experience using Microsoft office suite & Zoom (required)
– Experience with SAGE (preferred)
– Excellent organization & communication skills
– High attention to detail while speaking with customers on the phone
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Works well under pressure & meets deadlines
Job Type: Fulltime remote with option for hybrid in the future
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: $40,000
