What it takes:
  • Must have at least a class 5 driver’s license
  • You can be fast and furious (but more like safe and cautious) in both automatic and manual vehicles
  • You’re chill and flexible, meaning you’re always down to be a team player! You’re cool with your responsibilities changing to fit the needs of the dealership
  • You take serious pride in your work and won’t stop until the lot is sittin’ pretty
  • Interactions with customers seem natural and a professional appearance
  • A passion for mechanics and an interest in pursuing the trade as a career
