The AUC regulates the utilities sector, natural gas and electricity markets to protect social,
economic and environmental interests of Alberta where competitive market forces do not.
Purpose
Reporting to the Human Resources director, the Human Resources analyst plays an integral role
in the delivery of human resources (HR) services and programs that align with the vision, values,
and business objectives of the AUC.
The HR analyst will be responsible for leading ongoing programs such as compensation,
performance management, pandemic support, employee surveys, leadership development
programs as well as participating in the development of other HR programs or policies.
