What you get to do every single day
– As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
– Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing
– Deliver assistance with front desk and receptionist duties
– Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
– Interface with customers in a friendly manner
– Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence
– Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
– This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
– Familiar with handling office equipment
– Strong familiarity with Scanning Documents
– Computer Skills experience
– Microsoft Excel experience preferred
– Command of e-Filing
– Filing experience desired
– Highly organized and self-motivated
– At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
– Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
– Word experience is desired
