Boardwalk Looking for Administrative Assistant at Calgary, Alberta, Canada Full Time

• Process move ins/outs and file all paperwork in a timely fashion
• Assist sites and other departments with information from Resident Member’s files
• Pull files for move-outs and send out AIRs
• Assist the Regional Administration Team with incentives and other lease/ledger adjustments as required
• Update Resident memo fields as required
• Process Current and archive filing
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Scan and create electronic accounting files to digital database
• Update lease tracking system and ensure all paperwork is received from the sites
• Prepare archiving filing to send off-site
• Handle file information requests from Internal and External Auditors and the Customer Service Centre
• Order office supplies as needed
• Special projects and other tasks as assigned by your Leader
• Coverage for reception for lunch breaks, holidays and when necessary including:
• Answer and re-direct all calls from the main reception line
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they come up in regards to Reception
• Coordinate all out-going and in-coming mail and couriers
• Organize and distribute all in-bound mail
• Respond to and re-direct all walk in traffic

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Experience working in an office environment
• Post-secondary education and 2 years administration experience

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology
