Motion Works Physiotherapy Orleans Looking for Part-time Receptionist (20-25hrs/week) at Orleans, ON Full Time

Part-time Receptionist position available, in a modern, private room only, physiotherapy & massage therapy clinic, in Ottawa’s East end.

Our busy Orleans location is located in the Ottawa’s largest outpatient OB/GYN private medical building, additionally housing family medicine teams, 2 fertility clinics, imaging, pharmacy, and our ground floor retail clinic space. We focus on Women’s health, orthopaedics, and pelvic physiotherapy, massage therapy, and dietitian consultations, inside of our new high-end facility. We assess and treat predominantly pelvic health conditions (including pre- & post-partum women) and a variety of sports & orthopedic conditions (neck, back, knees, post-surgery rehab, jaw pain, etc.).

Position includes free parking, all medical-grade PPE, monthly team meetings, and a collaborative fun work environment!

Work hours include daytime & evenings, Monday – Friday; no weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Client scheduling; processing client payments.
• Customer service.
• Online payment processing and third-party billing.
• Phone & email correspondence.
• Administrative duties: scanning, faxing, photocopying.
• Assist with policy and program development for clinic processes (office forms, etc.).
• Assist with marketing & advertising programs and development, including social media.
• Assist with clinic health & cleaning/safety procedures.
• Assist with clinic laundry (all laundry done within the building).

Must be:

• Bilingual: written and oral (French & English)
• Friendly
• Energetic
• Passionate for client/customer care
• Fast learner
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written)
• Experience using Word, Excel, Clinic Master software programs an asset.
• Experience working in health or hospitality industry, an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: From $16.50 per hour
