Experiential Learning Coordinator
Reporting to the Director, Co-operative Education and Experiential Learning, the Experiential Learning (EL) Coordinator develops processes and systems to support institutional metrics and reporting measures related to experiential learning (i.e., Ministry of Colleges and Universities’ Strategic Mandate Agreement, Performance Based Funding metrics).
Through the collection, maintenance, and verification of experiential learning activities at Mohawk, the incumbent will identify gaps and promote the growth of experiential learning. Utilizing multiple campus systems, (i.e., COMMS, Banner, CareerReady) the role will support the migration of data into a single data source.
In collaboration with the Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovation, the Centre for Experiential Learning, the Academic Data Office, the Institutional Research and Reporting Office, and academic areas, the EL Coordinator monitors the consistency of EL application across the academic and corporate services units, in order to support data integrity.
This position requires sound judgement, exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving, and an ability to work in a complex environment under challenging time constraints and conditions.
