Role Overview:
The Content Writer will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, engaging, and informative content to uphold Parent Perfect’s brand image, promote our services, and provide value to our clients in the social services space. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the HR landscape as it pertains to the social services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Draft, edit, and produce a variety of content forms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
2. Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in Parent Perfect’s voice and messaging across all content and communication channels.
3. Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the HR and social services sectors to produce relevant and timely content. Liaise with our consulting team for insights and expert opinions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with business objectives.
5. Feedback & Revisions: Accept and implement feedback from various stakeholders to enhance content quality and relevance.
6. SEO Optimization: Understand and implement best practices for SEO to enhance content visibility and reach.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably within the HR or social services industry.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
– Demonstrated ability to convert complex concepts into easily digestible and engaging content.
– Familiarity with SEO and content management systems.
– Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
