Job Title: Windows Server Engineer
Job Type: Full Time/ Contract
Job Location: The Office is located at the boundary of Mississauga and Brampton and the job requires presence in the Office, a few days every week.
Skills Required
Proficient in Architecture deployment and Support of Windows Server
Experience in evaluating current deployment and optimizing it for the business objectives.
Well versed with Windows DC, AD, Windows DNS and DHCP, Windows SCCM, Exchange 2016/2019 Server, M365 or Exchange Online / M365 or SharePoint, Distributed File System (DFS), Windows authentication services and Windows RADIUS
Understanding of backup strategies, and effective monitoring and alert mechanisms to support the planned services.
Experience with supporting Exchange teams in migrating email and user data from on premise to M365 Exchange and OneDrive
Understanding of balancing risk, data integrity, dependencies and costs of a mission critical migration.
Skilled in preparing reference documentation of both the current state and planned technical configurations.
Good communication and team skills.
