Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Labour/Operator role based in Brampton, ON. The Labour/Operator will be responsible for assisting in the excavation process and operating equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and backhoes as directed by the Project Manager. The Labour/Operator will also be responsible for routine maintenance and safety inspections of equipment.

Qualifications

*Experience operating heavy equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and backhoes

*Knowledge of excavation techniques and practices

*Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members

*Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

*Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

*Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation is an asset

*Experience in the construction industry is an asset
