Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is looking for a Post Producer to join our production team working across a range of content and broadcast platforms. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Production, you will lead all aspects of post-production for assigned projects, including development, supervising the post-production team and coordinating the work of third-party partners.

What you’ll do:

• Lead | Manage post-production cycle of assigned projects. Ensure projects are produced to the highest standard while on-time and on-budget. Document schedules and timelines to share with clients and agency partners. Communicate and enforce production standards. Identify and anticipate issues. Proactively recommend solutions.
• People | Work with creative, strategy and account teams to execute the creative concept. Oversee and motivate production teams. Work with clients, vendors and partners assigned to the production.
• Finance | Manage each project’s budgets and finances. Create estimates and issue purchase orders. Negotiate rates with 3rd party production vendors. Review and submit invoices for payment. Manage freelancer budgets.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience including some time at a creative agency.
• Proven experience leading production projects with limited oversight.
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of web application design and build, broadcast production, and post-production.
• Experience building relationships and positively influencing team members and clients.
