Role Description

The Staffing Exchange Inc. is currently seeking a Recruiter Entrepreneur role located in Canada. This is a full-time hybrid role that allows for remote work. The Recruiter Entrepreneur will be responsible for investing in their long-term future and building their business ownership equity. In this role, your day-to-day tasks involve identifying opportunities within the staffing industry, researching, and identifying the right fit for any vacancies or positions, and networking.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in staffing and recruitment leadership, including at least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under timeline pressure
• Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans to achieve long-term success
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience owning a business is an asset
