Job Description:
As Social Media Manager at GLORY Media, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence – championing our brand across various social platforms with creativity and a commitment to our voice and values. This role isn’t just about posting content, it’s about crafting experiences that resonate with our audience, spark conversations, and leave a lasting impression; it’s about connecting with our audience with the right content, on the right platforms, at the right times; it’s about finding new audiences on social media and converting them to brand fans. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with getting to the bottom of the dark art that is social media storytelling.
You’ll have the freedom to shape our social media strategy from the ground up, incorporating your expertise in SEO, AI, and content marketing to optimize our reach and engagement. And with our dynamic work environment, no two days will ever look the same!
Responsibilities:
-Build and execute effective social media strategies that amplify our brand and create sustainable growth.
-Brainstorm content ideas that start conversations across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
-Dive deep into the world of SEO and AI to leverage the power of the technology and supercharge our content for maximum impact.
-Analyze data to track performance, spot trends, and fine-tune our approach for optimal results.
-Collaborate with our talented team to bring our brand to life in exciting new ways, from print to podcast and everything in between.
-Stay ahead of the curve on all things social media, constantly innovating and experimenting with new strategies and tools.
-Bring your A-game to every project, infusing it with energy, leadership, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven track record of success in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced media or publishing environment.
-A mastery of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Experience with SEO, AI, and content marketing, with a knack for turning data into insights and action.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting engaging content that stands out from the crowd.
-Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease, thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
-Self-starter with a can-do attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
