Role Description

This is a part time or full-time hybrid role for a Building Inspector at QualiTAM Inc. The Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting building inspections, site inspections, and Report writing. The Building Inspector will also utilize their knowledge of plumbing and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Building Inspections and Site Inspections
• Knowledge of building and construction systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certification in building inspections or related field
