Description:
The Compensation and Job Evaluation Advisor (for non-union employees) is responsible for delivering client-facing program administration, which will include administrating salaries and conducting job evaluations and related analytic support. You will be advising clients daily. Integral to the role and achieving program deliverables is building and developing relationships with HR Business Partners and integrating collaboratively with HR Business Partners and organizational areas. As such, developing a deep understanding of the organization and its drivers and priorities, is critical to the role. As is establishing trust and credibility, while engaging with clients, to positively represent Compensation and Job Evaluation Services. Additionally, you will be supporting compensation and job evaluation projects and initiatives and developing and delivering training, communication, tools and resources on the Compensation Program and compensation and job evaluation methodologies, best practices, and concepts. Along with ensuring that the Compensation Program is administered in compliance with relevant legislation, policies, guidelines, and processes. Therefore, you will be responsible to remain current on relevant legislation, compensation trends, and changes and advances in the relevant market.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Human Resources.
Additional Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of professional experience. Experience administering compensation programs and conducting job evaluations. Experience developing compensation and job evaluation policies, processes, protocols and guidelines. Strong consulting, advisory, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills. Client focused and committed to providing quality service. Demonstrated ability to commit to operating within a team environment and build strong relationships with team members. Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
